As the student council president of Tuvier Academy, it is his duty to ensure the well-being of his fellow students. He's also devout, giving his thanks to the many gods for maintaining stability in the world. Some believe that he only got the position because he's the son of a very influential senator of Blitzerph's house - a rumor that often dejects him. While he may appear cold and aloof at times, he truly wants to give his all for the benefit of the school and its students.

But, with the disasters and rumored phenomena rolling through Blitzerph, he may have to take action outside of the school. Can he step out of his tranquil comfort zone and stand up against the threats born of lies and fear?

He chiefly admires Bethany Goliene, the leader of the School Spirit Club. Her vividness, her charm and charisma, her unwavering drive, and her purity of heart all inspire him.

Angelo is proficient in ki, and often employs it in hand-to-hand combat if things get dire. He can even form lion claws and eagle wings around himself from ki. But his greater application of ki is in Force: Proclamation, which grants empowerment and protection to himself or any allies. Infusing ki into someone's muscles will improve their strength and durability greatly. Barriers formed from Proclamation can repel any actions deemed unfriendly by Angelo - that is, it will block whatever he specifies. The effectiveness of protection, however, depends on how specific this declared action is. If it's something broad or vague, like "physical blows", then the protection offered will be too sparse to be of any help.

- Angelo's color scheme is mostly purple-ish, as purple is a color of regality and power. Also, it serves a nice contrast to the bright red and white of Bethany Goliene's cheerleader uniform.
- The name "Angelo" does in fact belong to an older Urban Legends character - a sort of angel robot thing. Though that Angelo was scrapped, I decided eventually to give the name to a newer character.
