It’s time! The Smash Bros. Fighter Ballot is ready! This is your chance to nominate future DLC characters!

Choices like Wolf, Krystal, Inkling, and Shantae have enough nominations by now that they’re practically shoe-ins. So let’s give a shout to some others as well! They can join along with those four! Any of you want another Pokémon fighter? Well, have I got a choice for you! It’s 10 feet and 10 inches, and 138.9 pounds of graceful, elegant BADASSITUDE!

Let’s give a leafy hand for Serperior!! (Down with Sceptile!)

Serperior would complete the starter circle with a Grass-type starter, AND being Gen-5, it would be a nice compliment to the Gen-5 Pokémon stage that’s in (Unova Pokémon League). As a Grass-type, it could use staple Grass-type techniques…

…like Vine Whip! Does Sceptile learn Vine Whip? Nope. Vine Whip this time can be used as a long-range special grab! What, you think a snake can’t be a grappler? Serperior’s a python, the true grapplers of the reptile kingdom!

Leech Seed! Plant flowers on enemies’ heads and make Lip proud!

Mega Drain! This could be incorporated into the standard pummel to steal health!

Leaf Tornado! This is practically a signature move in the Snivy line. What’s Sceptile got, a bunch of energy orbs? Samus and Wii Fit Trainer got that. Remember how Hyrule Castle’s tornadoes shot you upward? Leaf Tornado can do that, too! Or maybe capture foes. Either one works.

Leaf Storm! This hurricane of flora would be ideal for a Final Smash! What would Sceptile do with a Mega Evolution Final Smash? A projectile/rushing move that’s been done plenty of times?

Frenzy Plant! Thorny vines shoot up from the ground and attack. This would be perfect to apply to Serperior’s smash attacks!

Oh, you want a recovery move? Hey, Coil can work for that. Spring upward! But better than Spring Mario!

Miss Solid Snake? Don’t worry, we can still have a snake in the roster. Make the choice for uniqueness! For regality! For Serperior!!
