Eh? Oh. Well, I thought that maybe Paper Mario might have a chance at the roster. I dunno.

<Standard> Spin Hammer
Spin Smash in Paper Mario, Super Hammer in Paper Mario 2, whatever. Hold the button to charge the spin speed.

<Side> Spin Attack
Those who played Paper Mario (N64) might know what this is. Basically, he spins forth, quickly and sharply. Any foes struck by it will become dizzy, stumbling in their walk and their attack speed dropped.

<Up> Ultra Jump
Would've called this "Spring Jump", but...you know. He'll pause, scrunch down, then rocket upwards.

<Down> Quake Hammer
Paper Mario slams his hammer into the ground, setting off a small shockwave on each side, only vanishing when it reaches the very edge of the floor.

<Grab> Thoreau
This is the best SPM element I could add to him. So yeah, Paper Mario has a long grab, just like Link, Samus, and Lucas.

<Glide> Paper Plane
Makes sense, right? I mean, this Paper Mario moveset is already weird, so why not.

<Dodge Roll>
Paper Mario uses his Tube Mode to dodge roll back and forth.

<<FINAL SMASH>> Supernova
When he uses this, the camera becomes fixed, and you draw lines with the Crystal Star using the Control Stick (Control Pad if playing Wii Remote format). After time is up, the lines will burst with light for a little while, and any opponents caught in those lines will sustain damage from it.

<Entrance>
Paper Mario comes out of a door, which is drawn away when he comes onto the stage.

<Taunts>
> Paper Mario wobbles back and forth
> Paper Mario flips to Paper Mode (PM2)
> Paper Mario folds into a boat (PM2)

<Victory Poses>
> Paper Mario hops once and poses with the thumbs-up sign
> Paper Mario backflips, then raises his hands up into the air
> Paper Mario sighs and adjusts his hat

<Color Palettes>
> Red cap, red shirt, blue overalls
> Blue cap, blue shirt, green overalls
> Green cap, green shirt, light-blue overalls
> Yellow cap (w/blue M), yellow shirt, purple overalls, green shoes
> Purple cap (w/yellow M), purple shirt, black overalls, red shoes
