Poltrilo = poltergeist + ventriloquism

You'll need a Banette to get Poltrilo, which is only available after completing the main story and getting the National Dex. It may part with one of its hands, which will turn into a baby Shuppet.

In evolving into Poltrilo, its Special Attack and Speed take a bit of a boost, with Attack dropping just slightly. Since it's also Normal-type, it's immune to Ghost-type attacks. Instead of Frisk, its second ability is Cutesy Act, which makes any foe do less damage to the user - at least until the user strikes it.

Based on a cross-controller marionette.
