Aaaaanyhoo...

Seth is Andy's big brother, and the two of them were very close. In fact, after their father was murdered, Seth was there to give Andy a shoulder to cry on. Then, some years later, the two ran into some criminal activity, and got caught in the middle of it all! It was thanks to Seth that Andy was able to escape...but Seth was never seen after that day.

Skip to four years after that. Crime is heating up in Santa Vida. In response, this mysterious beast-headed figure turned up, violently attacking the criminals. It's a far cry, but Andy's sure that this is his brother Seth! Is he...?

What is certain is that he wields power over chaos energy, achieving feats that defy the laws of time and space...like stealing my avatar! ...His body can turn into chaos energy to zip around, or form different kinds of weapons. Also, he's accompanied by Sirius, a very young dragon, probably younger than Parthis's partner Ginger. And yet...Sirius is quite composed and powerful for his tender age. He seems to be cut from a different cloth.
