Muramasa, the Mad Smith

Little design for a Ninmenjushin antagonist, Muramasa. He was a renowned swordsmith centuries ago, but he always had an aura of madness and bloodlust about him. At some point, he was turned into one of the most dangerous Akumashi in existence, and a major threat to modern-Japan. In fact, he was the one who first decapitated and tortured the dog Shinu!

Actually, "madness" doesn't describe him well enough. A better term would be "dementia".
