Near Meteor Gorge, Sifo, Cloud, and a boy with pointy dirty-blond hair - and clad in a blue cap and dark-red shorts - were having a tough time against Reno and Rude's Pokémon. Reno's Blaziken, Primeape, and Hitmonlee were causing serious trouble, and Rude's Golem, Nosepass, and Aerodactyl held their foes at bay. Accompanying them are Regirock, Regice, and Registeel, all wearing similar mind-control devices to the ones the titans had before.

Sifo: Geez, why are you guys comin' after us?!
Reno: Who needs details? We're here 'cuz we're here.
Rude: That and you did assist in ridding

-= ARID CAVE =-

This mountain island stands high out of the Royal Sea. It's said to be a volcano that choked on its magma, which hardened within, clogging it. In any case, Suicune leaped off the sea onto the top of the Arid Cave, with Niens and Starry riding. It's here that they meet with Groudon. Astonishingly, there is a large pillar rising out of the hardened clog in the mouth, with a hole where a mid-sized orb would fit.

Groudon: < So you have arrived.>

Niens nervously flops off Suicune's back, dizzied from the ride.

Niens: {dizzily} Yeth, we'll take the royal suite.
Groudon: < Ahem...In any case, gaze
