Little is actually known about the nomad king that hails from the frigid region of Buranke. What is known is that this penguin ferran is ice-cold - he is always serious, and does not jest. EVER. No wonder some call him the Winter King! This just makes the wacky, light-hearted antics of his crewmen all the more contrasting.

It seems the flames of war were fanned his way and caught his attention, though. Now, he and his crew are out to battle and conquer.

Hjalmar is classified as a Conqueror. He mains in a nigh-unmatchable offense with enduring attacks. He also issues commands to his crewmen, which adds mind games and pressure to his style.

His Kald-Nine is no ordinary scepter. Its crystals work in tandem with his mastery of ice magic to create various durable constructs. It can act as an axe, a hammer, a flail, a harpoon, a scythe, you name it. Oh, and of course, it can freeze enemies solid.
