Khorshid, the Radiant Scorpion

A X-Affix character that you might have seen already, it's Khorshid!

A nomadic clan of gypsies found the young scorpionoid out in the deserts of Iran, half-dead from starvation. The patriarch, a mystic nephal, took her in and raised her as if she was his own flesh and blood. From him, she learned some arts of aura manipulation. Then, one day, a squad of armed forces came and assassinated almost all the gypsies, finishing the leader last.

Khorshid pursued, and found that they were going to fire nuclear missiles over many populated areas. Using the aura arts she learned, she sapped the energy from the missiles, rendering them inert. However, the nuclear influence gave her a new aura power as well - Solar Fusion! Its first activation went into overload, destroying the base and all the terrorists inside.

She's been rather...absent-minded ever since she got that ability, but a sweet girl nonetheless. She's highly curious, finding fascination in anything outside of the rural towns.

These aura arts allow her to sap energy from almost anything, though that one's not often used. She can also channel aura through songs played on that tambourine of hers.

Thanks to Solar Fusion, she can generate energy much like the sun can. This energy can manifest in various beams, or by backing her own attacks in radiance. The energy is red at its weakest, but bright-blue at its strongest. She's quite reliant on Solar Fusion energy for combat.

Of course, her natural skills as a scorpionoid shouldn't be ignored. Those pincers on her shoulders have a strong grip, and her tail can lash out over a long distance. And yes, that stinger can inject different kinds of poisons.
